This matrix is a protease modulating matrix composed of collagen and oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC).

The dressings were developed to maintain a moist microenvironment that is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization, and rapid wound healing. The matrix is a freeze dried composite that consists of 55% collagen and 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC).

Suggested Applications

  • Indicated for the management of all wounds healing by secondary intent which are clear of necrotic tissue, including: venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, traumatic and surgical wounds
